After Your Trial Class Information
If your child twirls out of class with a big smile (and we’re sure they will!), you’ll find a QR code and quick form to fill out as you're leaving. It’s a simple way to let us know if you'd like to continue or if you're saying goodbye for now. If you decide to join us (yay!), we’ll email through an invoice for the remainder of the term. Payment is due within 7 days to secure your spot and keep the dancing going!
At Tutu Cute Dance, we offer term-based enrolments to provide consistency and the best experience for our little dancers.
Fees are invoiced at the beginning of each term and are due within 7 days of issue. On time payment secures your place in the class.
An annual membership fee of $25 is charged per student/family which covers administration fees, accident insurance, end of term awards such as sash/stickers and end of year medal.
Classes are not offered casually and require a term commitment. New enrolments can join mid-term depending on availability.
Missed classes are non-refundable, however if your child is unwell or away due to holidays, you’re welcome to attend a make-up class at another venue during the same term (subject to availability).
If a make-up class isn’t possible, we’ll provide access to our online class portal as an alternative. Please reach out to request the password/code to view the online classes.
In the rare event that a class is cancelled by Tutu Cute Dance - due to teacher illness, venue closures, or unforeseen circumstances such as a pandemic or natural disaster - an online class will be offered in place.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Classes at Tutu Cute Dance are offered on a term basis to provide structure and consistency for our little dancers. Casual classes aren't available, however if you're joining mid-term, you'll only be charged for the remaining classes (after your free trial).
-
No worries at all! You’ll only be invoiced for the number of classes left in the term following your free trial class.
-
We keep it fun and flexible - no uniforms required! Your child can wear anything they feel comfy and confident in. Think:
Leggings and a t-shirt
A tutu or ballet leotard
Their favourite costume
Bare feet are welcome
Ballet shoes will be available for purchase at class, however there is no obligation to buy - our focus is on fun!
-
That’s completely okay - and very common! New spaces and new faces can feel a little overwhelming at first. That’s exactly why we offer a free trial class and welcome parents into the room. Some little ones need a few visits to feel fully comfortable, and that’s perfectly normal. Just being in the space, soaking up the music and energy, often helps - and before you know it, they’ll be twirling along with the rest of the class!
-
Absolutely! We’re proud to be one of the few dance schools that encourage parents to stay and watch (in fact it is mandatory for them to have a guardian in the room with them). We believe it's magical for parents to be part of the joy and progress their little ones experience each week.

Yes, little siblings are welcome to tag along! To keep the class flowing smoothly, we kindly ask that you bring along toys or quiet activities to keep them entertained, so they don't distract the dancers.
